Michael Hawes

Michael Vernon Hawes, a dedicated father of two boys and a seasoned combat veteran,
boasts a distinguished service record encompassing eight tours of duty across the
globe—spanning Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Syria, and Libya. In a remarkable feat, he
achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC) E-7 within just eight years of service in
the U.S. Army as an Explosive Ordnance Technician (EOD), solidifying his commitment
and rapid ascent in the military hierarchy. His mastery in the field is evident through the
prestigious Master Badge he earned.

Transitioning to the private sector, Michael became a highly sought-after contractor for
various organizations and three-letter agencies. Serving as the Senior and Lead Triage
for the Forensic Exploitation Cell (FLX-C) at the FBI, he contributed his skills to critical
operations. Later, as a Senior Program Analyst with the Department of State (DOS),
Michael assumed the role of Team Leader for the EOD team, offering crucial support to
U.S. Embassies globally. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in setting up target
packages for detaining High-Value Targets (HVTs), executing operations in highly kinetic
environments, and conducting personnel extractions.

Michael holds esteemed titles as a State Certified Firefighter and Emergency Medical
Technician (EMT) in Colorado, underscoring his commitment to public safety and
emergency response. Currently pursuing higher education as a Cyber Security Analyst
at Colorado State University Pueblo, he demonstrates a dedication to continuous
learning and staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael channels his passion for innovation and
craftsmanship through his hotrod and fabrication shop. There, he builds upon his legacy
of service and excellence in both military and civilian realms. Driven by a profound
dream of continuing service to his country, Michael has formulated a plan to extend his
dedication through his ranch, rooted in the noble goal of saving lives and perpetuating
the leadership he was born to embody. His journey unfolds as he strives to make a
lasting impact and contribute to the well-being of the nation.
